SPList and SPDoc Process Templates Create XML Schema by Default

The SPList and SPDoc process templates have been enhanced to create a generic XML schema by default. In previous releases, the SPList and SPDoc process templates did not create a schema by default, so if the user used AgileParts that required a schema (for example, the WCF or SAP AgilePart), the user was required to manually create one.
