The following enhancements for AgileForms were released as Intermediate Fixes for AgilePoint BPMS v5.0 SP3. They are also included in this release
Change the first day of the week in a pop-up calendar in date/time controls.
The SharePoint List Wizard hides calculated columns when Show read-only fields is not selected.
Sharepoint List and Document Library lookups and other integration actions log an error when the SharePoint server connection is missing.
Sharepoint document library integration actions now allow overwriting existing files, or renaming the newly uploaded file.
Text fields can be set to preserve content when hidden. If form fields which were marked as hidden based on form level conditions, and those fields were having a non-default value, the values for these fields were getting set to their default values. A new property “Clear Value when Field is Hidden” has been added in the Advanced properties section which by default would be Yes, by setting it “No” Hidden fields value can be retained.
Web service lookups allows setting up of content-type header, previously this was always set to “text/xml”. Now it can be set to "application/soap+xml" as well. With this enhancement it would allow to consume a WCF Service using basic HTTP Binding.
New Filtering options have been added for a SharePoint lookup.
In SharePoint document library, an error occurs when a document that contains invalid characters in the file name is uploaded. Invalid characters will be replaced with “_” character.
A validation mask can be set on the file name in the User Upload field.
Language definitions can be imported and exported.
It is possible to run tests to NTLM-connected SharePoint servers from the AgileForms administration window.
When a parent subform is read-only, summary column subform pop-ups are also read-only.
The Make Reusable Subform option is no longer visible in AgileForms From Designer.
The hide title row feature now works for repeatable sub-forms.
Additional fonts can be added for a RichInput field.
It is possible to define an AJAX callback function to be executed after each AJAX request.
Access to an AgileForms process template can be restricted so that only users belonging to certain groups can access it. This security check is applicable for initiating new AgileForms process or accessing the report view for a process instance.
Currently there are some scenarios where AgileForms Server displays informative messages as a .NET style exception. With this enhancement, these messages are displayed as plain text messages, rather than exceptions. These messages are also configurable in the app setting area of the web.config file.
Formatting rulers can be cleared from the AgileForms designer.
