You can configure the maximum number
of rows returned by a CAML query using the
CAML Query AgileShape.
Previously the 10,000 row limit was not configurable.
Navigation
- In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
- Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
- On the SharePoint stencil, drag the
CAML Query AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
- To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
- On the CAML Query Configuration field, click the Ellipses button.

- On the CAML Query Builder Configuration window, click the Query Options tab. .
- Set the Row Limit fields as required:

- Determines the maximum number of rows to be retrieved using the CAML query.
By default, 10,000 records can be fetched from the CAML query.
- Allowed Values:
- Deselected - Specifies that maximum 10,000 records can be fetched from the CAML query.
- Selected - Retrieves the specified number of records.
