View Yammer Conversation from SharePoint

You can open a Yammer conversation related to an AgilePoint process from SharePoint. There are two ways to access the Yammer conversation.

Prerequisites

• The user interface for this feature is available in English only.
• AgilePoint Server installed in Windows Service mode.

View a Yammer Conversation from the Task List

1. In SharePoint, navigate to your AgilePoint Task List.
2. On the Task List, expand any task, and then click View Conversation.

View a Yammer Conversation from the Process Viewer

1. In SharePoint, navigate to your AgilePoint Task List or Process Instance List.
2. On the Task List or Process Instance List, expand any process or task, and then click View Process.
3. Click the details icon for any AgileWork.
4. On the details window, click View Yammer Conversation.
