The following enhancements for AgilePoint Integration for SharePoint were released as Intermediate Fixes for AgilePoint BPMS v5.0 SP3. They are also included in this release
For multiple custom data source columns in the TaskList WebPart, performance has been improved.
Performance can be slow if you have multiple custom columns in the Task List Web Part, filtering is enabled on custom columns, and more than 500 tasks are retrieved. To accommodate this uncommon situation, this enhancement performs pre-filtering to improve performance.
For SharePoint list based processes, metadata is now synchronized for person or group fields.
The UploadFile AgileShape can delete files from the source directory after upload.
If a SharePoint list is customized using the Customize Form (InfoPath) option in the SharePoint ribbon, the WebForm AgileShape must be used instead of ListForm shape in the process. In addition, the URL in WebPageUrl property must be specified.
In some environments, on the Process Viewer, a minimum height of 70px is defined for the AgileWork details popup window so that more details are visible by default in some environments.
