Fixes for AgileForms

The following issues have been fixed in this release for AgileForms.

09.0066.01

AgileForms throws an exception when opening in ReportView mode.

09.0068.01

In the SharePoint Task List, when doing a partial rework on an AgileForms task, the participant who is assigned the partial rework task sees the form for the participant who assigned the partial rework, rather than his own form.

Note: The resolution for this issue requires fixes on multiple components. You must install the latest Intermediate Fix packages, Service Pack, or Release that includes AgileForms issue 09.0068.01 and SharePoint issue 06.0121.01.
