Creating Web Sites for AgileForms in IIS 7.0

  1. In IIS, create a web site to serve as the AgileForms proxy. Give the site the name AFProxy and the port number 55551.
  2. Enable Anonymous Authentication for AFProxy.
  3. Create an application pool for AgileForms.
  4. Set up the application pool identity to use a custom account, and set the credentials to use the AgilePoint service account.
  5. Create the main AgileForms website with the name and port number of your choice.
  6. Set the web site to use the application pool you created for AgileForms.
  7. Disable Anonymous Authentication for the site.
  8. Enable Integrated Windows Authentication for the site.
