Ensuring AgilePoint Server is Running under the Correct Version of ASP .NET

To ensure AgilePoint Server is running under the correct version of ASP .NET, do the following.

Prerequisites

These instructions do not apply to the following installation scenarios:
- Windows Server 2008 or 2012
- AgilePoint BPMS for Azure

Instructions

In IIS, expand Web Sites, then right-click the Web site that contains the AgilePoint Server virtual directory and click Properties.
Click the ASP.NET tab.
In the ASP.NET field, make sure it is set to either 3.5 or 4.0, depending on whether you are using AgilePoint for .NET 3.5 or 4.0.
Click OK.

Note: In IIS 6, ensure that on the Home Directory tab, The content for this resource should come from is set to A directory located on this computer. This is the only setting supported by AgilePoint.
