Why Do Unexpected Characters Appear for Boolean fields in the Word AgilePart?

Symptoms

When using Boolean fields in the Word AgilePart, unexpected special characters appear to indicate True and False values -- for example, a snowflake and a circle.

Cause

The font Wingdings 2 is not installed on the AgilePoint Server machine.

Resolution

Install the Wingdings 2 font on the AgilePoint Server machine.
