Why Do the Wrong AgileShape Icons Appear on My Process Model?

Symptoms

In AgilePoint Envision, you drag an AgileShape onto the process model, but the wrong icon appears. Either the BPMN icon appears from the Traditional stencil, or the Traditional icon appears from the BPMN stencil.

Cause

You cannot have an updated BPMN stencils and its Traditional stencils counterpart open at the same for the same process model — for example, both the new Generic stencil and the Traditional Generic stencil..

Resolution

1. Close the version of the stencil you are not using.
