Why Are the Status Icons in the Process Viewer Misaligned?

Symptoms

The status icons in the process viewer are not aligned with the AgileShapes.

Cause

On the process model, either the AgileShapes or the connectors are outside of the drawing canvas.

Resolution

1. To expand the drawing canvas, in Visio, click Design > Page Setup > Auto Size.

Cause

The process template has a background color set.

Resolution

1. To change the background color to none, in Visio, click Design > Backgrounds > Backgrounds > No Background.

Cause

When an unsupported Visio version is installed with a supported version, the process template behavior is affected.

Resolution

1. Install and use only supported Visio versions.
