Why Are Some Schema Fields Missing When I Set Up Data Population in AgileForms?

Symptoms

The Schema Mapper window in Data Population (advanced mode) does not display some of the schema fields. However, these missing schema fields are visible in the form preview.

Cause

Duplicated fields in the schema corrupt the schema and cause issues in Data Population.

Resolution

To remove the duplicated AgileForms fields, do the following:

In Envision, add the AgileForm AgileShape to your process model.
In the Activity Properties panel, click AgileForms Library.
On the Edit Library field, click the Ellipses button.
On the Fields menu, click Bulk Edit.
In the Bulk Edit Mode section, remove all duplicated field names.
Click Update.
Click Save Form.
Click OK.
