AgilePoint Envision Properties Panel Is Not Displaying in Visio

Symptoms

In AgilePoint Envision, the Properties panel is not displaying.

Cause

The EnvisionAddIn for Visio has been disabled or Macro settings are disabled. It is undetermined what causes this to happen.

Resolution

Check to see if the EnvisionAddIn has been disabled, if so, enable it.

1. In Visio, click Options > Trust Center.
2. Click Trust Center Settings.
3. Click Macro Settings.
4. Ensure the following setting is selected: Enable all macros (not recommended; potentially dangerous code can run).
