Why Does an Error Occur When I Click the Tasks Tab in Enterprise Manager?

Symptoms

When click on Tasks tab in Enterprise Manager, the following error appears:

"A Runtime Error has occurred. Line: 13 Error: 'igtbl_TaskGrid_GridProps' is undefined "

Cause

This issue is not related to AgilePoint. It is a benign JavaScript error from the Infragistics ig_WebGrid.js script. This is Infragistics' way of handling undefined variables within their own scripts.

Resolution

1. In Internet Explorer, open Internet Options > Advanced tab.
2. Select Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer).
3. Deselect Display a notification about every script error.
