To access the features of the AgilePoint SharePoint Integration, you must add the AgilePoint Web
Parts to your SharePoint site. AgilePoint Web Parts are added in
the same manner as other SharePoint Web Parts.
Prerequisites
- AgilePoint Integration for SharePoint is fully installed.
- These instructions assume you are
using SharePoint 2010 in a standard configuration. The exact procedure depend upon
the version of SharePoint you are using and the settings in your local
environment.
Navigation
- In SharePoint, navigate to the site page where you want to add the AgilePoint Web Part.
- Click Site Actions > Edit Page.
Instructions
- Click Add a Web Part.
- In the Categories pane, click AgilePoint.
- In the Web Parts pane, click the Web
Part you want.
- AgilePoint Process Instance List – Includes the list of running process instances.
- AgilePoint Process Model List – Displays all process models that are deployed to AgilePoint Server.
- AgilePoint Task List – Includes the AgilePoint Task List that provides a way for users to manage their tasks.
- Click Add.
