Add the AgilePoint Web Parts to SharePoint

Prerequisites

• AgilePoint Integration for SharePoint is fully installed.
• These instructions assume you are using SharePoint 2010 in a standard configuration. The exact procedure depend upon the version of SharePoint you are using and the settings in your local environment.

Navigation

1. In SharePoint, navigate to the site page where you want to add the AgilePoint Web Part.
2. Click Site Actions > Edit Page.

Instructions

1. Click Add a Web Part.
2. In the Categories pane, click AgilePoint.
3. In the Web Parts pane, click the Web Part you want.
   • AgilePoint Process Instance List – Includes the list of running process instances.
   • AgilePoint Process Model List – Displays all process models that are deployed to AgilePoint Server.
   • AgilePoint Task List – Includes the AgilePoint Task List that provides a way for users to manage their tasks.
4. Click Add.
