Add the AgilePoint Server Service User Account to AgilePoint

  1. On the AgilePoint Enterprise Manager Main Page, click the Users link.
  2. Click the Add link.
  3. Enter the AgilePoint Server Service User Account and click OK.
  4. Navigate back to the Main Page and click the Roles link.
  5. Click the Administrators link and add the AgilePoint Server Service User Account to the AgilePoint Administrators Role.
  6. Close AgilePoint Enterprise Manager.
