Using SharePoint Central Administration

In SharePoint Central Administration, click Operations > Solution Management, and click on ascentn.sharepoint.listform.wsp.
Click Deploy Solution and choose the Web Application for which to deploy the solution.
On the SharePoint site, click Site Settings > Site Collection Administration > Site Collection Features, and activate the AgilePoint ListForm feature.
