Reset the AgilePoint Server and Enterprise Manager Web site to use the Virtual IP.
- Once both AgilePoint Server and AgilePoint Enterprise Manager are installed on a server machine, change the IIS setting for your AgilePoint Server/Enterprise Manager Web site back to use the Virtual IP address.
- On the Add/Edit Web Site Identification window, do the following:
- Change the IP address from 'All Unassigned' to
the Virtual IP address set up for the NLB
environment.
- Add a Host Header value for the NLB to use the
AgilePointLogicalName.
- Reset IIS.
Note: If you get the 'HTTP Error 400 Bad request' your
IP Address and/or Host Header settings may be incorrect or unreachable. If you
get this error when running Enterprise Manager, make sure you go to IIS Manager
and verify that the Web site setting for both the IP Address and Host Header
are correct.
