To install AgilePoint Envision for AgilePoint BPMS for Genesis for SharePoint 2013, do the following.

Supported version of the .NET Framework is installed |
Install .NET Framework 4.0 on this machine. For more information, see AgilePoint Envision Requirements. |
.NET Programmability Support is installed. |
Re-install Microsoft Visio with .NET Programmability Support enabled. |
Current user has administrator privilege |
Log on to this machine as a user with administrator privileges. |
User Account Control (UAC) is turned off |
Turn user access control (UAC) off. For more information, see Turning Off User Account Control (UAC). |

This is optional, but recommended. Rarely AgilePoint users have reported an issue with shortcuts not displaying if the machine is not restarted. There are no other known issues if you do not restart the machine. Windows sometimes prompts to restart, and sometimes not. This is determined by the operating system.
