Check the AgilePoint Monitor Service in Windows Service Mode

Prerequisites

• AgilePoint Server installed in Windows Service mode.
• AgilePoint Server is configured.
• Verify the pre-installation steps

Navigation

1. Click Start > Run, and enter services.msc.

Instructions

1. In the Services window, ensure the AgilePoint Monitor Service is started.

   In a Windows Service environment, the name is the name of the service you created in AgilePoint Server Manager.

2. If the service is not started, right-click on the AgilePoint service name, and click Start.
