Modify an AgileShape with Preconfigured Properties

To modify a customized AgileShape, do the following.

Note: You must have permissions to modify the AgileShape properties.
Note: This procedure creates a copy of the preconfigured AgileShape you started with. You cannot modify the original.
  1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process model of any type.
  2. Open My Stencil with the customized AgileShape.
  3. Drag and drop the customized shape to the process model.
  4. Follow the instructions in Creating a Customized AgileShape.
  5. Drag the modified shape from the process model back to a stencil.
