  Microsoft is responsible for Windows Azure pricing, but it is usually based on the size of your solution, and the services it includes.

• AgilePoint BPMS for Azure - AgilePoint BPMS for Azure is priced based on unique users, and their actual system usage, such as tasks or work items completed. AgilePoint will bill you for your AgilePoint BPMS for Azure usage separately from your Windows Azure account.
