Update Group Configuration Window

Specifies the information to update for a SharePoint group.



Navigation

  1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
  2. Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
  3. On the SharePoint stencil, drag the Update SP Group AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
  4. To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
  5. On the Group Configuration field, click the Ellipses button.

Field Definitions

Field Name Definition

Site URL

Definition:
Specifies the URL for your SharePoint site.
Allowed Values:
A valid SharePoint site URL.
Default Value:
None

Existing Group Name

Definition:
Specifies the name of the SharePoint group you want to update.
Allowed Values:
The name of an existing SharePoint group.
Default Value:
None

New Group Name

Definition:
Specifies the target name for the SharePoint group - in other words, the name to which you want to change the group.
Allowed Values:
A single line of text.
Default Value:
None

New Group Description

Definition:
Specifies a new description to overwrite the existing group description.
Allowed Values:
Multiple line of text.
Default Value:
None

New Group Owner

Definition:
Specifies the name of the SharePoint user you want to be the new owner of your group.
Allowed Values:
A user name, including the domain name, in the following format:

[domain]\[user name]

Default Value:
None
