Restoring a Deleted Version of a SharePoint File

Prerequisites

• A process model that uses a SharePoint compatible process template.

Navigation

1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
2. Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
3. On the SharePoint stencil, drag the Restore File Version AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
4. On the Configuration field, click the Ellipses button.

Instructions

1. On the Restore File Version window, enter the URL of the file whose version you want to restore:

   Field Name	Definition
   Document URL	Definition: The URL of your document or file — for example, the file you want to add, delete, or check out. Allowed Values: A valid URL. Default Value: None Custom Attributes: Yes

2. Enter the version number you want to restore.

   If your process has an XML schema, you can click the Schema button to select the file version from the schema.

   Field Name	Definition
   Version number of file to be restored	Definition: Specifies the major or minor file version you want to delete or restore. Allowed Values: A valid file version number. A major file version number - A whole number A minor file version number - [major version number].[minor version number] Blank (null) - If you do not enter any number, the last number in the current version number is incremented. Default Value: None Custom Attributes: Yes Example: A major file version number - 1 or 1.0 A minor file version number - 1.3 In this example, 1 is the major version; 3 is the minor version.
   Schema	Opens the Following Window: Select XPath from Attributes Window Purpose of this Window: Enables you to select a schema node from the XML schema for your process. Note: If the process template has an associated schema, the Schema button appears.

3. Complete any additional configuration for this AgileShape according to your requirements:
