Creating a SharePoint Site

Prerequisites

A process model that uses a SharePoint compatible process template.

Navigation

In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
On the SharePoint stencil, drag the New Site AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.

Instructions

Complete the following required properties for the New Site AgileShape:

SiteTitle	Definition: Specifies the title for the new SharePoint site or site collection. Allowed Values: A text string. Default Value: None Custom Attributes: No
Site URL	Definition: Specifies the URL for a new SharePoint site where you want to add or remove the associated item such as a SharePoint site, document library, site collection, user, and group. Allowed Values: A valid SharePoint site URL. Default Value: None Custom Attributes: Yes Example: http://[machine name]:[port]/sites/[site name] Note: You must include the /sites in the Site URL for the site to be created successfully. $\{DocUrl\}

Note: You must include the /sites in the Site URL for the site to be created successfully.
