Deleting a SharePoint List

Prerequisites

• A process model that uses a SharePoint compatible process template.

Navigation

1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
2. Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
3. On the SharePoint stencil, drag the Delete SharePoint List AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
4. On the Configuration field, click the Ellipses button.

Instructions

1. On the Configuration for Deleting List window, in the Site URL field, enter the URL of the SharePoint site that contains the list you want to delete.
2. Click Go.
3. In the List Name field, select the list you want to delete.
4. Complete any additional configuration for this AgileShape according to your requirements:
