To delete a particular version of a SharePoint file, do the following.
Prerequisites
- A process model that uses a SharePoint compatible
process template.
Navigation
- In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
- Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
- On the SharePoint stencil, drag the Delete
Particular FileVersion AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
- To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
- On the Delete File Version Configuration field, click the Ellipses button.
Instructions
- On the Delete a Particular Version of a File window,
enter the URL of the file whose version you want to delete:

- Enter the file version you want to delete.
If your process has an XML schema, you can click the Schema button
to select the file version from the schema.
