To create a new SharePoint group, do the following.
Prerequisites
- A process model that uses a SharePoint compatible
process template.
Navigation
- In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
- Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
- On the SharePoint stencil, drag the
Create SP Group AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
- To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
- On the Group Configuration field, click the Ellipses button.

- On the Create Group Configuration window, complete the following required fields:

- A user name, including the domain name, in the following format:
