Select User Window

This window specifies the user to select required user name from the list.

Navigation

In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Navigate to the Active Directory stencil.
On the Active Directory stencil, drag any of the following AgileShape, and drop it on the process template:
- Update User
- Remove User
- Disable User
- Remove Group
- Remove User From Group
- Retrieve User Information
- Add User To Group
To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
On one of the following fields, click the Ellipses button:
- UserInfo
- UserNames
- RemoveGroup
- RemoveUserFromGroup
- AddUserToGroup
On the respective configuration window, click the Search button. The specific windows that display vary, depending upon the AgileShape you are using.

Field Name	Definition
User Name box	Definition: Specifies the criteria for searching the user in an Active Directory. Allowed Values: A single line of text. Default Value: None Custom Attributes: Yes
Search	Function: Performs search operation based on the specified criteria.
Name	Definition: List all the user name which satisfies the specified criteria. Allowed Values: Read only.
Description	Definition: Displays description of corresponding user name. Allowed Values: Read only.
