Configure SubProcess Window - Naming Convention Tab

Specifies the format for the name of the sub process. For example, the format can contain the name of the process template activated as sub process, session ID, and the activity name. The naming convention is used for management purposes in Enterprise Manager.

Navigation

In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Navigate to the Generic BPM stencil.
On the Generic BPM stencil, drag the SubProcess AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
On the SubProcess field, click the Ellipses button.

Field Definitions

Field Name	Definition
Default Name	Definition: Specifies the default format for the sub process name. The name is automatically generated by the AgilePoint system. Allowed Values: Read only. Default Value: ${Process Name}-${Session}@${Activity Name} Custom Attributes: Yes
Custom Name	Definition: Specifies the user defined format for the sub process name. Allowed Values: A user defined format. Default Value: None Custom Attributes: Yes
If the sub process name already exists, append the name with	Definition: Adds a GUID to a custom sub process name when the name already exists in the AgilePoint system. Allowed Values: Selected - Specifies that a GUID is added to the custom sub process name. Deselected - Specifies that a GUID is not added to the custom sub process name. Default Value: Selected Custom Attributes: Yes
