Mobile View Configuration Window - Repeating Data Tab

Specifies repeating data items to display on a mobile device. Repeating data groups are repeating parent XML nodes with child nodes. A common example would be a parent node called User, with child nodes called First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and so on.



Prerequisites

  • The user interface for this feature is available in English only.
  • AgilePoint Server installed in Windows Service mode.

Navigation

  1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
  2. Drag any AgileWork, and drop it on the process template.
  3. To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
  4. On the Mobile View field, click the Ellipses button.
  5. On the Mobile View Configuration window, click the Repeating Data tab.

Field Name Definition

Enable Mobile View

Definition:
Specifies whether users can view the task associated with the AgileWork on a mobile device.
Allowed Values:
  • Selected - Features are enabled to support mobile devices.
  • Deselected - Features are not enabled to support mobile devices.

    If you have set up a mobile view, and then deselect this option, your options are saved.

Default Value:
Deselected

Heading to display for repeating data fields

Definition:
Specifies the text you want to display above the repeating data sets on a mobile device.
Allowed Values:
A single line of text

Repeating field group to display

Definition:
Specifies the text you want to display above the repeating data sets on a mobile device.
Allowed Values:
An xpath to a repeating parent schema node for the process model.

Click Schema to select the node you want. Valid schema nodes appear in bold.

Display name

Definition:
Specifies the label to display for a data field on a mobile device.
Allowed Values:
A single line of text.
Default Value:
None

Definition:
Specifies a data value to display on a mobile device.
Allowed Values:
An Xpath or a custom attribute.

Schema

Opens the Following Window:
Select XPath from Attributes Window
Purpose of this Window:
Enables you to select a schema node from the XML schema for your process.

To activate the Schema button, select the row you want.

Up Arrow

Function:
Moves the selected field one row up in the list.

Down Arrow

Function:
Moves the selected field one row down in the list.
