Specifies the process activities to cancel once one of the
process activities enters the Or AgileShape.
Navigation
- In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
- Navigate to the Generic BPM stencil.
- On the Generic BPM stencil, drag the
Or AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
- To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
- In the Exclusive list, click True.
- On the Configuration field, click the Ellipses button.

Nearest Incoming Activities (Default)

- Definition:
- Displays the names of the activities that immediately precede this AgileShape.
These activities will be canceled under the following conditions:
- The activity is in the active status.
- Another Nearest Incoming Activity enters
the Or AgileShape.
- Cancel Manual Activities, Stop System Activities, or both
are selected.
- Allowed Values:
- Read only.

Other Predecessor Activities
|
- Definition:
- Displays the names of the process activities that precede the Or AgileShape.
- Allowed Values:
- Selected - Specifies that the predecessor activity will be canceled.
- Deselected - Specifies that predecessor activity will continue to process.
- Default Value:
- Deselected

Cancel Manual Tasks
|
- Definition:
- Cancels the manual activities in the Nearest Incoming Activities list,
under the following conditions:
- The activity is in the active status.
- Another Nearest Incoming Activity enters
the Or AgileShape.
- Allowed Values:
- Selected - Specifies that the incomplete manual Nearest Incoming Activities will be
canceled.
- Deselected - Specifies that manual Nearest Incoming Activities will continue to
process.

Stop System Tasks
|
- Definition:
- Cancels the automated activities in the Nearest Incoming Activities list,
under the following conditions:
- The activity is in the active status.
- Another Nearest Incoming Activity enters
the Or AgileShape.
- Allowed Values:
- Selected - Specifies that the incomplete automated Nearest
Incoming Activities will be
canceled.
- Deselected - Specifies that automated Nearest Incoming Activities will continue to
process.
