Creating a Process Model

Instructions

1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
2. Navigate to the Generic BPM stencil.
3. On the Generic BPM stencil, drag the Start AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
4. On the Generic BPM stencil, drag the Stop AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
5. On the process template, between the Start and Stop AgileShapes, add the appropriate AgileShapes required to complete the process you want to create.
6. Connect the AgileShapes with the Visio connector tool, with arrows pointing in the direction you want the process to move from Start to Stop.
7. Configure your AgileShapes as required.
