To create an appointment in Microsoft Exchange Server, do the following.
Navigation
- In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
- Navigate to the Exchange Server stencil.
- On the Exchange Server stencil, drag the
Create Appointment AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
- To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
- On the Configure field, click the Ellipses button.
Instructions
- On the Appointment Schedule for Exchange Server window,
click the Authentication tab.
- On the Authentication tab, complete the fields as required to set up your
Exchange Server authentication.
- Click the Appointment tab.
- On the Appointment tab, complete the fields as required to set up your Exchange
Server appointment.
- Complete any additional configuration for this AgileShape according to your
