Creating a URL to open AgileForms Report View

Prerequisites

• AgileForms is installed in your environment.
• A way to gather the process instance ID for the process you want — for example, the following process attribute:

  Field Name	Definition
  ProcessInstanceID	The unique ID of a process instance. Common Usage: Can be used in the body of an email template to provide the Administrator user with the identification code assigned to the process instance.

Instructions

1. Create a URL in the following format:

   http://[AgileForms Server]:[port]/FormRender.aspx?PID=[process instance ID]&ReportView=Yes

2. Publish the URL to the appropriate users, such as through a web page or email.
