Release Notes v5.0 SP2 / Fixes |
The following issues have been fixed in this release for AgileForms.
The {username} token is returning the user ID registered in AgileForms, instead of user logon ID.
Newly added lookups are not appearing in the Lookup selection list until the FirmStep service is restarted.
The File Type filter criteria is not working with the UserUpload control.
In AgileForms users are not registered automatically the first time they access a form, even when LDAP sync is configured properly. An error occurs saying the user is not a registered user. When the same user accesses the form for the second time, it is registered properly, and no error is thrown. This issue has been fixed. Users are registered the first time they access the form, and no error is thrown.
For Web Services that require NTLM Authentication, Web Service lookups throw the error “String parameter required.”
More than 2 columns are not allowed in the form design for a page. With this fix, forms can include more than 2 columns in the form design.
When a user creates a Lookup Select One field on an AgileForm that uses a SharePoint List Lookup as its source, the field does not show any choice if the SharepointListLookup only returns 1 record. Only 2 or more records are displayed.
If an AgileForms AgileShape is added to a process model but is left empty, then the process model is closed and then reopened, an error occurs.
