Documentation Library

AgilePoint BPMS v5.0 SP2 introduces a web-based Documentation Library. This will be the new, central source for AgilePoint documentation.

This new Documentation Library includes the following enhancements:

• AgilePoint documentation is now available in both PDF and a web-based, HTML versions.
• The documentation resides in a centralized, web-based repository.
• The Documentation Library offers self-service access. In previous releases, AgilePoint users were required to request a download session from AgilePoint Support to access the latest AgilePoint documentation. For AgilePoint v5.0 SP2 and higher, users have direct web access to the AgilePoint documentation. No downloads are required.
• Web-based documentation provides a centralized search and table of contents.
• The organization of information has been improved. For example, information about a particular topic, such as AgilePoint Envision or AgilePoint architecture, can be found in a centralized location.
• Content can be updated on a more frequent and timely basis. In previous releases, AgilePoint documentation was updated only at the time of a major release, minor release, or service pack. For v5.0 SP2 and higher, the HTML version of the documentation will be updated on an as-needed basis. (The PDF versions will continue to be updated at software release time.)
