Verifying IIS Installation

To ensure IIS is installed, do the following.

IIS must be installed prior to the .NET Framework installation. For more information, see http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/k6h9cz8h(VS.80).aspx

Instructions

  1. Via Add/Remove Programs, click Add/Remove Windows Components.
  2. Check the Application Server check box and click Details. IIS will display as a checked item in the list.
