Configuring AgilePoint Server to use a Specific Application Pool

Prerequisites

• These instructions do not apply to the following installation scenarios:
  • AgilePoint running in Windows Service mode
  • Windows Server 2008

Instructions

1. In IIS Manager, expand the local computer, and expand Web Sites.
2. Right-click the Web site that contains AgilePoint Server's virtual directory, then click Properties.
3. Click the Home Directory tab.
4. Select the desired application pool from the Application pool drop-down list.

   The application pool you select must not be configured as a Web garden (e.g. the number of worker processes assigned to the application pool should not be greater than 1). To ensure this is configured properly:

   1. In IIS Manager expand the local computer, and expand Application Pools.
   2. Right-click the Application Pool you want to configure, and then click Properties.
   3. Click the Performance tab and make sure the Web garden field is set to 1.
