- Ensure the AgilePoint and database servers are connected through the network.
- Ensure the AgilePoint and database servers are part of the same network domain.
- Ensure that you login to Windows using a domain user account login before performing
the AgilePoint Server installation.
- Obtain the username and password of the Windows user login that will be used as AgilePoint Server Service Account.
