The above symptoms are typically the result of one of the following causes:
When trying to resolve the above error, the first things to check are whether a firewall (e.g. Windows Personal Firewall) or anti-virus application (e.g. McAfee AntiVirus) is blocking or interfering with web service calls to AgilePoint Server. For example, if a firewall or anti-virus application is configured to prevent web service calls on port 80 (or whatever other port AgilePoint Server uses), then you will need to reconfigure the application that is preventing the calls from succeeding.
However, if your network requires that explicit proxy settings be configured in Internet Explorer, you may also need to make some additional configuration changes on your server. The following article provides instructions on how to configure the proxy element of your server's machine.config file:
