Details

When I add a Single Condition AgilePart to a process model, the Yes and No conditions do not appear.

This occurs rarely, when the Document stencil drops the Yes and No conditions from its shapes within the context of a process model. The cause is not known.

To fix this issue:

  1. In Visio, open your process model where the issue is occurring.
  2. To open Document stencil, click File > Shapes > Open Document Stencil.
  3. Create a new Generic process model.
  4. In the new process model, click File > Shapes > Open Document Stencil to open the Document stencil in that file.
  5. Click the Restore button, so that both process models appear side-by-side in the Visio window.
  6. Drag the following shapes from the Document stencil in the new process model to the one Document stencil to your process model:
    • Yes (YesRule)
    • No (NoRule)
  7. Save your process model.
  8. In your process model, open the Generic stencil, and place a Single Condition AgilePart on the design surface. Verify the Yes and No conditions appear.
