If a SharePoint user attempts to start an AgilePoint process in SharePoint, an error similar to the following can occur:

Invalid WorkflowInstanceID parameter in URL.
at Microsoft.SharePoint.ApplicationPages.WrkStatPage.OnLoad(EventArgs e)
at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive()
at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, 
    Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)

This error typically occurs when the SharePoint user is not a registered AgilePoint user, or the SharePoint user does not have sufficient permissions in AgilePoint to start the process.

To fix this issue, ensure users who need to start processes in SharePoint are also registered and have sufficient permissions in AgilePoint.
