Details

The SaveParticipantInfoAgileWork sample process demonstrates the following scenario:

  1. Two copies of the AgileWork shape are used to assign an "Approve" task to an AgilePoint GROUP. One requires one participant, the other requires 2 participants.
  2. After both AgileWorks' tasks have been completed, an email notification is sent to the Process Initiator. The email notification will contain the usernames of the participants that actually completed the tasks.
  3. After the email is sent, two regular Manual AgileShapes are used to assign "Publish" tasks to the exact same participants that actually completed the "Approve" tasks.
