Objective
Configure AgilePoint Server to use a remote SQL Server database with non-default 1433 port.

Two ways to configure, either through Microsoft Client Network Utility or AgilePoint Server Configuration. See below for details.
Resolution
There are at least two ways to configure this:
- Configure the Client Network Utility in the AgilePoint Server machine to change the default port from 1433 to match your specific port setup in the remote SQL Server database.
- Specify the specific port number in the AgilePoint Server Configuration such as the following (specifying the [machinename],[portnumber] in the Database Server field):
