Menu Option Disabled in Envision

Symptoms

Opened a process template from Visio, some of menu options are disabled.

Cause

This is because of the Macro Security level setting not set to Low. Some of the Envision macros are not loaded in.

Resolution

Two ways to fix the issue:

• Launch AgilePoint Envision (it will automatically set the Macro Security Level to Low) and then open the process template.
• Change the Macro Security level to Low. See the related articles below (specifically article Q10041) for details
