AgilePoint Envision Properties Panel Is Not Displaying in Visio

Symptoms

In AgilePoint Envision, the Properties panel is not displaying.

Cause

The EnvisionAddIn for Visio has been disabled or Macro settings are disabled. It is undetermined what causes this to happen.

Resolution

Check to see if the EnvisionAddIn has been disabled, if so, enable it.

1. In Visio, click Tools > Trust Center. The Trust Center page appears.
2. Click Add-ins.
3. From the Manage drop-down, select Disabled Items and click Go.
4. Select EnvisionAddIn from the list and click Enable.
5. Click Macro Settings.
6. Make sure Enable all macros (not recommended; potentially dangerous code can run).
