In MS Office Visio 2007, the AgilePoint menu functionality is disabled.

During the installation of MS Office Visio 2007, the installer is given the option to customize how Visio works. The installer may have selected a setting that disables the AgilePoint menu functionality. In order to correct this issue, via Add/Remove Programs > Microsoft Office Visio 2007 Professional > Change. Set the Microsoft Forms 2.0 .NET Programmability Support to Run on My Computer.
