How can I set default priorities for individual workflow tasks? The priorities would be used for informational purposes to identify which items need to be completed first, e.g. Approve Purchase Order has higher priority than Approve Vacation Request.
A common solution is to store miscellaneous task-related data (e.g. priority) in the workitem client data attribute of the task.
AgilePoint supports an extended attribute of task – workitem client data. Information such as priority settings can be associated with each task through the workitem client data attribute to reflect the priorities of individual tasks. The information in the attribute can then be used for a variety of purposes (e.g. sorting).
